Welcome to mobimotherhood.org!

I’m Sharon Whitaker, a proud mom of four, and this is a space where I share the real-life experiences, challenges, and joys of parenting.

My Story

Parenting is a journey—sometimes messy, often unpredictable, but always rewarding. My oldest is now a nurse, dedicating her life to caring for others, but it wasn’t so long ago that she was just a little girl under my watchful eye, learning the values of compassion and resilience. She was always so attentive and caring to her siblings and pets that her career choice was no surprise to me.

My second child, David, found his passion in technology and coding, often turning our home into a hub of gadgets and DIY science projects. His inquisitive nature led to many late-night discussions about balancing screen time, encouraging curiosity, and fostering independence—topics that I love sharing here.

My third child, Emily, has always had a heart for the arts. From painting masterpieces on our living room walls as a toddler to diving into creative writing, she has taught me the importance of nurturing a child’s unique interests, even when it means embracing the unexpected.

And of course, my youngest, still in preschool, is just beginning to explore the world—reminding me every day that each stage of childhood comes with its own joys and lessons.
